We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site and notifying you of upcoming wine releases and updates. We do not share your private information with anyone and never will.
When purchasing wine, we will ship your order via FedEx or UPS, weather permitting, on a predetermined scheduled ship date within your Offer Letter or the Monday after your order is placed. Should you be the rare recipient of an off-condition wine, please let us know. Do not dispose of the wine, just re-cork it and email us us via email@example.com. If your product is damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately, and we will file a claim with the shipping company, as well as replace your damaged bottles.
